＜Key Responsibilities＞
●Lead and manage the marketing team under the supervision of the VP of Sales and Marketing

●Manage a cross-functional marketing team and build Our branding Improve company presence as an AI company emphasizing our strength of Asian country cross-border litigation service

●Support the sales department in achieving its marketing goals related to customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth, attending client meetings with sales reps

●Work closely with VP, Sales and Marketing Division on the following activities and work to:

　・Conduct market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts and specify a company’s target audience based on market research

　・Produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks and webinars o Cultivate relationships with potential customers such as prospects and leads to build the company’s clientele

　・Monitor social media traffic to measure the public’s perception of the company’s brand

　・Test the quality of emails, social media posts and the company’s landing page

　・Analyze the results of campaigns and make changes to outlast competitors

　・Plan and prepare for webinars with US law firms to achieve the marketing goal

● Update company website and other social media content

● If required, attend company or industry events

● Track ROI of marketing programs and campaigns using company’s marketing software tool, Marketo

＜Required Qualifications and Experience＞

・10+ years minimum professional experience in marketing o Experience and knowledge in editing/updating company website o Experience and proven-practical experience using Marketo o Ability and desire to learn quickly and apply knowledge toward achieving goals of the company o Strong willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done

・Experience in the software/technology service industry is highly required

・Intermediate to advance excel and PPT skills

・Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment

・Ability to develop comprehensive recommendations/analysis in efforts to improve the business

・Strong relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and motivation to business and social leaders

・Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills

・BA degree in Marketing or related field o Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Understanding and communicating in Japanese is preferred.

・Ability to travel to and from company offices, client sites or company-industry events
