1. MESテクニカルリードと協力して、対象のアーキテクチャを定義し、お客様の目標を達成するようにその開発を行う
2.ビジネス要件を機能要件に分割し、MES SDLCに組みいれる
3.ビジネス要件を収集して統合し、機能ドキュメントを作成し更新を行う（設計図、仕様書、テスト、等）
4.MES&製造現場の成熟度評価
5.MESおよび関連技術を活用して、現場から管理部門まで情報を監視、提供するための戦略を特定し、提案する
6.プロジェクトの機能面に関し、プロジェクトマネジャーおよびビジネスアナリストをサポートする
7.RFI/RFP/RFPの提案依頼の準備、プロアクティブなプリセールスとソリューションのデモンストレーション

1. Functional Consultant will work with the MES Technical Lead to define target architecture and ensure the same is developed to meet customer’ objectives
2. Break down business requirements into functional requirements and be part of the MES SDLC
3. Gather and consolidate business requirements, create and update functional documents (designs, specifications, testing, etc.)
4. MES & Shopfloor Maturity Assessment
5. Identify and propose strategy to monitor and bring information from shopfloor to topfloor by leveraging MES and associated technologies
6. Support Project Managers & Business Analysts regarding functional aspects of the project
7. RFI/RFP/RFP proposal preperation, proactive pre-sales & solution demonstration

●WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
・生産管理におけるディスクリート製造業界での10〜15年のドメイン経験と、複数の業界でのMES S/W開発の経験。(自動車/航空宇宙/ライフサイエンス/重機/半導体などの複数の業界)
・製造現場を変革するための、目標プロセス/ソリューションの定義に関する実践的な経験と、最低1サイクルのMES導入の経験
・「製品」 を市場に投入する際の課題とプロセスに関する業界の知識、およびこのプロセスにおけるMESの価値の明確化
・MESのツールとプロセスに関する知識、およびソフトウェアの導入とサービス提供戦略に関する理解(アジャイル/DevOps、ウォーターフォールなど)
・最低5年間のPLM/MESコンサルティング、導入、変革の成功実績
・優れた分析的および商用的経験、優れたコミュニケーションスキル (英語での読み書き、会話能力) 、および顧客対応スキル
・バイリンガル (日本語/英語)

・10 15 years of domain experience in the discrete manufacturing industry in production management with experience in MES S/W development across multiple industries. (One or more of industries like Automotive /Aerospace/Life Sciences / Heavy Equipment / Semiconductor)
・Experience in implementing MES with minimum 1 full cycle deployment with hands-on experience in defining To-Be Process/Solution for Manufacturing shopfloor transformation
・Industry knowledge of the challenges and the processes in bringing “products” to market and articulation MES’s value in this process
・Knowledge of MES tools and processes and understanding of software deployment and services delivery strategies (Agile/DevOps, Waterfall etc.)
・At least 5 years of PLM/MES consulting, implementation, successful transformation experience
・Strong analytical and commercial experience, excellent communication (written and verbal in English) and client facing skills
・Bilingual (Japanese/English)
