仕事内容
●Position Summary
・Responsible for IR-related activities across the segment, as well as new business development and fundraising activities across both Commingled Funds, and Separately
managed / custom accounts (“SMA”) with large institutions. This diverse team made up of 20 members, collaborates across our global footprint to enable the IR activities and provide world-class support to our broad investor base.
・The Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting Institutional sales/marketing channels.
・The position will support Client Relationship Managers in Tokyo and will assist them with responding to investor requests, organizing internal resources, and providing analysis as needed. Periodic interaction with existing limited partners and asset managers will be required.
・The successful candidate must be able to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
●Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Client Relationship Managers (CRM) engagements with investors to align with
fundraising strategy
Translate fundraising plans into calendar of investor engagements for CRMs
Equip CRMs with relevant investor information and context
Track and analyze fundraising data e.g. fundraising status, investor commitments
Support the preparation of materials for meetings and conferences
Focus segment distribution efforts in line with strategic priorities and objectives
Optimize fundraising productivity of CRMs
Enable productive investor interactions by providing CRMs relevant information
Provide insight on segment fundraising efforts to inform future strategies

必要スキル
●Requirements
-Education & Certificates
Bachelor’s degree required
Business level English is required
CFA or Japanese Securities Analyst certificate (CMA) is preferred.
-Professional Experience
1-4 years of prior experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services or related field.
Experience of managing investment manager RFP processes is preferred.
Experience of client communication with (both existing and prospective) institutional investors is preferred.
-Position-specific Technical Requirements
Experience with Customer Relationship Management system
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Organized and practical, can turn high level direction into tasks to execute
Thoughtful and client-savvy, able to understand nuances of sales / LP lifecycle
Proactive, can independently identify necessary information or materials for meetings
Support-oriented, willing to jump in, can perform basic analyses to drive insight
Resourceful and collaborative, can leverage resources across the function
Detail oriented and responsible
