Associate will be working as technical lead whose primary responsibility will be to lead a team of developers and work on customer applications & systems. The profiles requires to engage with customers technical team in technical discussion and provide solutions to the technical problems , understand business requirements , review technical specification. Guide team members on technical & system issues

BIシステム開発等のITプロジェクト経験（7年以上）
・システム分析、設計、開発
・データ分析、データモデリング、データETLツールに強い
・BIシステム、ダッシュボード、レポート設計と開発経験
・バイリンガルでの優れたコミュニケーション能力
・グローバルチームを率いての強力なプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・BI技術やPython（人工知能言語）の技術的なコンピテンシー（基礎能力）
・人材マネジメントスキルを持つチームプレイヤー
