仕事内容

大手製薬企業の顧客の業務アプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおいて、テクニカルリード／テクニカルアーキテクトとして、開発チームを率いて、顧客技術チームの技術的問題に対するソリューションを提供。またビジネス要件の理解と技術仕様を確認し、チームメンバーに対して、技術的およびシステム上の問題について指導する。

Associate will be working as technical lead whose primary responsibility will be to lead a team of developers and work on customer applications & systems. The profiles requires to engage with customers technical team in technical discussion and provide solutions to the technical problems , understand business requirements , review technical specification. Guide team members on technical & system issues

必要スキル

●登録資格
BIシステム開発等のITプロジェクト経験（7年以上）
・システム分析、設計、開発
・データ分析、データモデリング、データETLツールに強い
・BIシステム、ダッシュボード、レポート設計と開発経験
・バイリンガルでの優れたコミュニケーション能力
・グローバルチームを率いての強力なプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・BI技術やPython（人工知能言語）の技術的なコンピテンシー（基礎能力）
・人材マネジメントスキルを持つチームプレイヤー

・System analysis , design and development
・Strong in Data analysis , data modelling , data ETL tools
・Design & development of BI systems ,　dashboards & reports
・Bilingual with Good communication skills
・Strong Project management experience for global teams
