- Understand customers business and technical requirements to design O365 solutions to improve our customers employee experience.
- Designing complex O365 solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
- Shaping O365 technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our pre-sales and bid teams to ensure solution and cost alignment.
- Resolution ownership of technical challenges for O365 projects
- A good working knowledge of the entire O365 stack, including their interactions and use cases.
- Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, commercial / bid awareness, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing.

【Required】
Setting up COE Starter Kit Components
- Knowledge on environment security, DLP Policies, cross tenant isolation etc.
- Review governance setup and provide inputs on improvements
- Define strategies for platform governance, connector onboarding, user onboarding, license assignments etc.
- Expertise in design and develop custom business apps (Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps)
- Expertise in implementing Power Automate Flows (Automated, Instant, and Business Process Flow)
- Hands-on experience in Dataverse
- Hands-on experience in creating solutions and custom connectors
- Experience in Azure PAAS services like App Registration, Azure Functions, Application Insights, Server Configurations etc.
