お客様の経営課題解決に向けて、テクノロジーを活用したトランスフォーメーションの企画・実行管理について、営業・ソリューションチームと連携しながら提案の初期段階からデリバリーまで一貫してリードします。

以下の5つの領域のトランスフォーメーションの企画・実行の経験のあるプロフェッショナルを募集します。
(1) CX Transformation: デジタルを活用したマーケティング、顧客接点・チャネル、顧客体験の高度化
(2) Data Analytics Transformation: データドリブン経営を実現するための体制、プロセス、テクノロジー、文化、スキル全般の改革
(3) Machine-First Ops Transformation: テクノロジーを活用したオペレーションの抜本的な効率化・高度化
(4a) Legacy System Modernization: システム老朽化やM&Aに伴う基幹システムの抜本的改革・統合
(4b) IT Cost Optimization: ITコスト削減オポチュニティの診断と施策ロードマップの策定・実行
(5) Cyber Security Transformation: セキュリティガバナンスの企画・構築、CSIRT高度化に向けたロードマップの策定と実行、クラウドセキュリティなど



- Participate in projects and contribute to growth through IT design especially articulating business aligned architecture
- As-is architecture document and to-be architecture design.
- Discussion cloud migration approach with client, which aligned with the company strategy.
- Design roadmap of As-is to To-be system and project planning

Required skills
- Experience in consulting, proactive sales
- Language skill (English)
- Interaction with global team to develop delivery capability in Japan
- Cloud components, functions and highlevel specification for AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience in cloud design and consulting
