・More than one-year experience to work as a compliance officer of a listed J-REIT is the highest priority qualification
J-REITのコンプライアンスオフィサー経験者歓迎

・In case if a candidate does not have the qualification above, a candidate must have more than one-year experience to work as a compliance officer of ""Investment management
business (投資運用業)"" who has discretionary investment management license (""投資一任""), includes asset managers of private real estate fund /REIT and private or listed infrastructure investment trust

他業界（金融関連業界）でのコンプラオフィサー経験者

・Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills in Japanese to report to relevant regulatory bodies and write documents in own company.
