1）Job/Group Overview：

2）Responsibilities：
The role is for an experienced network engineer in Global Network team within the Core Infrastructure group; responsible for definition and delivery of global solutions to support network infrastructure built in Japan data centres, Retail application onboarding and support post go-live as primarily point persons in L2/L3 for both Retail and Groups.

We are searching for a proficient Technical Lead specializing in various network technologies with a strong emphasis on engineering and operations. He/she needs to manage and deliver Network projects within proposed budget and timelines.

・Design and implement network infrastructure in Japan data centres
・Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and guidance for successful onboarding of applications and integration of network solutions
・Oversee the daily operations of the network infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality, stability, and performance.
・Provide 2nd / 3rd level network operational support
・Ensure global standard and best practices are implemented in all network infrastructure
・Ensure technical documentation are properly maintained
・Support and administrate the firewall environment in line with IT security policy
・Provide consultations and operational support to business and IT units
・Manage and implement global / regional / local network initiatives as part of the global network team
・Conduct thorough analysis, monitoring, and capacity planning to maintain optimal performance and resource utilization.
・Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention

Requirements：

・Bachelor or Master degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
・Extended experience (5+ years) in technical and network engineering / operation experience in investment banking, financial institution or large enterprise environment
・In-depth knowledge on network technology (TCP/IP, WAN/MAN/LAN technologies, routing protocols, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, QoS, multicast), security principles, and troubleshooting methodologies
・Working knowledge in Cisco network (CCIE preferred), Fortinet firewalls, F5 load balancers, Zscaler Cloud-based Proxy Services, wireless network technology, Cisco ISE, Cisco FirePower VPN, network management tools (HPNA, Sevone, SMARTS, Wireshark, etc),
