Required:

FP&Aとして5年以上の経験
P&Lに影響を与えるプロジェクトをリードした実績
Finance modelingと分析スキルのexpertise
優れたコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、対人スキル
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
Fluent Japanese and Business level English

people managementの 経験

IT Literacy including SAP, DB management
FMCGでの経験（preferred）
