仕事内容
●ACCOUNTABILITIES:
・Lead and develop a team of Exeuctive support staff to provide world-class white-glove VIP support and services.
・Must be able to deal with highly confidential materials and data with appropriate discretion and confidentiality. Must be confident and comfortable providing technical direction and guidance to executive leadership and their EA’s.
・Develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. Responsible for work that is less defined in scope and must have the understanding and experience to execute business objectives.
・Provide comprehensive training to the Executive team on new and existing technologies.
・Partner with the Corp IT and End User Experience team on new technology introductions.
・Must be available for 24hr on-call rotation
・Travel to and provide support of executives’ home offices concerning network and desktop services.

必要スキル
●EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
・Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or 5+ years of relevant technical experience. Technical certifications preferred.
・Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese is an absolute must.
・Minimum of 5 years of experience providing Executive Support
・Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting end users and systems, both on-site and remotely (Windows, Apple (iPads, iOS, iPhones, Macbooks etc), Citrix, MS Products, O365, and AD accounts).
・Ability to deal with executives and their admins professionally in both demeanor and appearance, and must be comfortable providing technical leadership and direction to the same.
・Proven Project Management and Operational experience
・Strong customer centric skills essential for this role.
・Ability to listen & comprehend, then quickly action issues.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high pressure environment.
・Technical skills in PC, Mobility, Video Conferencing
・Strong oral and written communication skills.
・Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
・Quality and cost driven.
・Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership .
・Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
