Job/Group Overview：

現在、チームの拡大に伴い、システム開発のリード経験のある方を募集しています。
他部署やビジネス部門とのコミュニケーションを行いながら、内製システム開発のリード、チームメンバーの育成や技術的なサポートを行っていただきます。ビジネス部門やチーム内のコミュニケーションは日本語がメイン、 IT の他部署とのコミュニケーションは英語がメインとなります。

We are actively recruiting development leads with strong expertise in information technology to expand our team.
In this role, you will lead in-house system development, communicate with other departments and business units, mentor team members, and provide technical support. Communication within the business unit and team is mainly in Japanese, while communication with other IT departments is mainly in English.

Responsibilities:
債券フロントビジネス向けの開発案件に携わっていただきます。
想定される職責：
・債券ビジネスのシステム設計・開発
・社員、社外のメンバーのマネジメント・育成
・DevOps形式での本番運用の枠組みの設計・運用
・Mock を利用したユーザーとのコミュニケーション・要件決定
・チームの開発環境、CI/CD 環境の改善
・リリース手順、仕組の作成・実施
・DevOpsパイプラインの構築
・本番システムサポート及びユーザーサポート
チームでは以下のような技術やツールを用いてアジャイル開発を行っています
Java, C#, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, MS SQL, Linux (RHEL), Windows server, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Podman

Expected Responsibilities:
・Design and development of fixed income business systems
・Employee and external team member management and development.
・Design and operation the framework for production operation as DevOps
・Communication with users and determination requirements using mocks
・Improvement of the team’s development environment and CI/CD environment.
・Creation and implementation of release procedures and processes
・Building a DevOps pipeline
・Production system support and user support
The team utilizes the following technologies and tools to conduct Agile development.
Java, C#, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, MS SQL, Linux (RHEL), Windows server, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Podman

必須要件/Requirements：
・3年以上の Java, C#, C++ などのプログラミング言語による開発経験
・3年以上のリレーショナル DB を利用した開発経験
・ウェブアプリケーション開発経験
・チーム開発リードの経験
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力

・3 years or more of development experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, C++
・3 years or more of development experience using relational databases
・Experience in web application development
・Experience leading team development
・Business-level Japanese language proficiency
・Business-level English language proficiency

歓迎要件/Preferred：
・証券に関わるシステム開発の経験
・アジャイル開発の知識、経験

・Experience in system development related to securities
・Knowledge and experience in Agile development
