仕事内容
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for Senior Business Development Sales within Institutional Business in Japan.
The role will work closely with the Head of Institutional Business Japan to maximise AUM and Revenue.
Principal Accountabilities:
Mainly covers top tier asset owners, such as Life Insurance Companies, P&C Insurance Companies and other Financial Institutions.
Deliver the company AM’s investment capability to top tier investors as well as asset gatherers.
Newly Create or Rebuild multiple layers of relationships with those top tier investors to develop business pipelines from various aspects.
Develop further business pipelines in Alternative strategies by co-working with alternative specialist.
Embed a culture of service excellence.
Generate client loyalty and Maximize profitable relationships for the organisation.
Actively seek to develop an in-depth understanding of client’s business and demonstrates how AMG’s products and investment capability can benefit them
Be a role model to show team members how to drive/execute business opportunities.
Communicate closely with relevant global colleagues to deliver high-quality information or service to clients/prospects.
Proactively deepen understanding about AMG’s investment capability/products.
Embed a proactive sales culture

必要スキル
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in institutional client facing role. Ideally Experience as coverage of Various Insurance Companies.
Experience in understanding the process of conducting business in Japan.
Experience of international organizations and ability to work in a multinational matrix environment.
10+ years’ experience in financial industry.
Highest standard of ethics.
Communication with colleagues in other location required.
Language skill: Japanese / native, English / business
Extensive experience in institutional client facing role. Ideally Experience as coverage of Various Insurance Companies.
Experience in understanding the process of conducting business in Japan.
Experience of international organizations and ability to work in a multinational matrix environment.
10+ years’ experience in financial industry.
