IT Service Management Incident Manager
Handling Incident Management, conducting meetings, facilitation of meetings with CXO levels, stake holder communications
●Key responsibilities:
- Major Incident Management
- Initiate & Coordinate bridge calls for incident resolution involving multiple stakeholders / CXOs
- Drive Continuous Improvements

必要スキル
Bilingual with good communication skills in Japanese & English and must possess strong ITIL knowledge.

- Meeting Facilitation experience
