GIS Web & Tools function sits within Group Infrastructure Services and provides expertise in infrastructure application development globally. The function is responsible for the flagship Intranet and Extranet portals. The successful candidate will join the Web & Tools team and will be responsible to function as the bridge between Japan stakeholders and the Web & Tools team to build up the new external hosting solution for the company web applications in Japan.

Responsibilities：
To understand the business and technology requirements from Japan stakeholders, analyse gaps and translate into technology recommendations and requirements
To communicate Japanese requirements effectively to multi-language Web team members, with English as a common language

Requirements：
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Working experience of analyzing existing infrastructure services and/or applications and working with stakeholders to enhance with new requirements
Strong hybrid system analytical skills for new solution designs and ability to work with multiple application teams simultaneously
Ensure requirements and deliverables are aligned with strategy goals of the firm
