業務概要:
The Global Prime COO Team provides business management and strategic oversight for Prime Brokerage business, helping shape and execute the strategy while driving product development, platform strategy, and operational excellence.

具体的な業務:
Lead strategic development and operational execution of Prime Brokerage services across APAC markets (Japan and Asia ex-Japan), driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Strategic Partnership & Business Development:
・Partner with APAC Prime Business Head to define and execute regional strategy
・Identify cost savings, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies including multiple entity booking optimization
・Drive competitive analysis and business expansion initiatives

Product & Platform Leadership:
・Lead Prime product suite development: Synthetic Prime, Cash Prime, Stock Borrow Loan/Securities Financing, and Margin Financing
・Partner with Execution Services teams
・Coordinate platform modernization and system enhancements with global platform teams and IT

Business Management & Control:
・Manage budgeting, financial planning, and day-to-day cost approvals
・Oversee audit coordination, RCSA processes, regulatory queries, and examination preparation
・Identify operational issues, strengthen desk procedures, and drive strategic change to reduce operational risk

Operational Excellence & Coordination:
・Partner with Equities COO/Business Management team and coordinate with corporate functions (Middle Office, Product Control, Finance, Operations)
・Leverage India team for reporting, analytics, and business management tasks
・Lead cross-functional project delivery and establish operational KPIs

Stakeholder Management:
・Primary liaison between APAC Prime team and global Prime Brokerage/Equities leadership
・Ensure alignment with global strategy while managing cross-functional relationships

・Prime Expertise: Deep knowledge of Prime Brokerage Business including Synthetic Prime, Cash Prime, Securities Financing, and Margin Financing
・APAC Markets: Comprehensive understanding of Japan and Asia ex-Japan regulatory requirements and market structures
・Business Management: Proven experience in budgeting, audit management, RCSA, and regulatory interactions
・Leadership: Senior operational track record in investment banking with strong stakeholder management skills
・Control Focus: Experience in risk frameworks, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination
・Technology Fluency: Ability to work with technology teams on platform architecture
