業務概要:ビジネスファイナンス・コントロール部は、ファイナンス部門の一員として、フロントオフィスやバックオフィス、また海外拠点と日常的に、且つ密接に協力・連携しながら業務遂行しており、当社全体の情報・プロセスの要となる車輪のハブのような部署です。具体的にはフロントオフィスにて約定した取引が、自社システムに迅速かつ正確に反映されている事を確認し、時価評価モデルを用いた損益計算等を通じ、健全な管理体制を整えるのが主な役割です。加えて、フロントオフィスの良きビジネスパートナーであると共に、リスク管理の観点から時には適切にアドバイスすることで牽制機能を果たすなど、ビジネスの競争力を最大にする役割も担っています。Candidates will be asked to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm for acting as a change agent in a diverse organization, contributing to the international corporate culture and helping to drive and implement the global strategy within Product Control at 当社 towards a standardized, professional and high quality Product Control.

具体的な業務:
1. 損益計算・要因分析・対外報告・上層部への報告 (日次、月次)
2. フロントオフィス、コーポレート部門、また海外拠点と連携し、質の高いコントロール、サービスの提供
3. 新規取引・商品に対するTrade Flow・Cash flow・会計上の影響分析、承認
4. 各種プロジェクト遂行、各方面からの問合わせ・要望対応
5. Review and validate daily P&L produced by 他拠点チーム, perform P&L analysis and related regulatory reporting.
6. Provide MI to business to support decision-making and support new businesses.
7. Prepare the monthly accounting close, ensuring that the daily P&L and BS is reflected accurately in the books and records.
8. Liaise with Valuations team for monthly price testing and reserves processes.
9. Partner with Technology and Operations to drive process efficiencies and scalable infrastructure.
10. Project Management and respond Ad hoc reporting requests / queries from the various stakeholders.

* ビジネスファイナンス・コントロール部業務に興味があり、積極性・規律性のある方
* ロジカルな思考を持ち、コミュニケーションスキルの高い方
* ビジネスレベルの英語能力（業務上必要ですが、業務開始後の向上でも問題ありません）
* エクセル・ワード・パワーポイントに関する基礎的スキル
* Proactive: The environment requires a high level of initiative to address issues as they arise and confidence in analysing and presenting financial data.
* Strong communicator: The role requires frequent interactions with the trading desk, Finance, Risk and IT teams. Need to demonstrate confidence in discussing complex issues.
* Positive, up-beat, flexible and outgoing personality, quick learner, ambitious, adaptable, strong team player with good organisational skills.
* Business level Japanese and English.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
* Attention to detail, deadline and goal-orientated.

* 業務に関連する専門的な資格（CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, Masters等)
* VBA / Python / Alteryxのスキル
* 他金融機関でのプロダクトコントロールの業務経験
* Professional qualifications/certifications (CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, Masters etc).
* Programming skills such as Python, or experience using data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau) and/or automation tools.
* Previous experience in Financial Services sector with Finance and/or IT experience.
