Define target data and AI architecture aligned to retail business priorities and analytics use cases
Design enterprise integration, data modeling, and semantic layer patterns across SAP and non SAP sources
Establish governance for data quality, lineage, access control, privacy, and compliance
Shape AI/ML enablement including use case intake, model lifecycle, and MLOps
Leverage SAP BTP and/or hyperscaler platforms for scalable AI solutions
Design for complex retail ecosystems including POS, OMS, eCommerce, and SAP CAR
Provide architectural guidance across design, build, test, and deployment

Required Qualifications & Experience
8 12+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics architecture, or enterprise architecture roles
Strong hands-on experience designing data platforms and architectures in SAP-centric environments
Deep understanding of retail data domains and end-to-end retail processes
Proven experience establishing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Experience designing or enabling AI/ML use cases at scale within enterprise environments

Language & Communication Skills
Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP BTP services (e.g., Datasphere, Integration Suite, AI/ML services)
Exposure to hyperscaler-native data and AI platforms
Familiarity with enterprise data frameworks and reference architectures
Experience working within large, multi-vendor or SI-led transformation programs
