Act as a retail process SME translating business needs into S/4HANA Retail requirements
Lead fit to standard workshops across merchandising, pricing, promotions, replenishment, and store operations
Document to be processes, functional gaps, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Define KPI definitions and reporting needs aligned with Data, MDG, and Finance impacts
Prepare functional deliverables including process flows, requirements, test scripts, and training materials
Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business change adoption
Strong stakeholder communication; JP/EN workshop facilitation preferred

Required Qualifications & Experience
5 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail or consumer-focused transformations
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail (or SAP Retail / IS-Retail experience with S/4HANA exposure)
Strong understanding of end-to-end retail processes and data flows
Proven experience running fit-to-standard workshops and documenting to-be processes
Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and business readiness

Language & Communication Skills
Native-level fluency in Japanese and English is good to have
Confidence facilitating workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders

Preferred Skills
Experience working in large, multi-vendor or SI-led programs
Exposure to data, analytics, or master data governance (MDG) concepts
Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
