●Mainly focusing on Business As Usual for operationally running DIA Separate accounts and liaisoning related parties to make sure of the
structured operational scheme, dealing with the inquiries from related parties, as well as overseeing the service provider’s works basically
upon his/her direct supervisor’s, and/or in-charged Specialist’s/Manager’s/Director’s instructions or guidances such as (but not limited to):
Periodical Reconciliations
Cash Managements
Day-to-day operations / data maintenance such as trades and settlements, corporate actions, etc…,
Running/ operating those systems/ tools/ applications that are used for business requirements
Paperworks, e-mailing, phone-calling, faxing, communication with internal/ external counterparties for business requirements
Ad hoc work for irregular operations. (if any)

●Support other teams (Investment Support team ) in Fund Operations Japan accordingly.
Cash monitoring
Rebalance calculation
Data provision to investment team for overlay type investment
Preparing the sub/red tickets for fund trading

● Ad-hoc administrative works required from time to time upon his/ her direct supervisor’s and/or indirect Specialist’s/ Manager’s/ irector’s instructions.

Required:
Experiences of operational tasks in Asset Management industry or trust banks
Professional awareness of operational requirements under Japanese trust structure
Fundamental competencies, skills, knowledge, understanding, and common-sense of fundamental business manner and equirements.
Team-working mind-set, cooperativeness to colleagues, easy-to-communicate tendency
Fundamental skills of organizing and prioritizing his/her own tasks and ability to work under pressure and deadline.
Problem solving / Creativity of efficiency
Sense of responsibility / Execution ability
English skill (Business Level reading and writing, and verbal skills) possible to work with global colleagues and related parties.
Japanese skill （Business Level reading, writing, and verbal skills) possible to work with related parties, especially Japanese trust banks.
PC skill (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, PDF, etc…)
At least 10 or more years experience in Asset Management industry or trust banks
