仕事内容
Responsibilities:
●Establish working relationship with staffing vendors, process contract renewals, terminations including spend and utilization analysis
●Establish working relationship with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and human resources
●Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management; analyse complex contract proposals and negotiate favourable terms for renewals
●Manage all SLA reporting for managed service providers
●Maintain and foster positive vendor relationships
●Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a positive attitude when supporting internal customers
●Coordinate with the team to enhance resource database and create reports based on requirements
●Coordinate with internal stakeholders and update project status in a timely manner
●Act as a liaison for escalation of issues identified by the vendor management team, procurement, business stakeholders, finance and external suppliers
●Enhance and systemize internal resource database into a robust version
●Engage with business management team members in the region to understand Japan and APAC requirements
●Maintain good documentation and records to support audit requests
●Provide analytical support and utilize problem solving capabilities to generate standard or ad hoc reports and executive summaries
●Assist with the coordination of periodic vendor business reviews
●Assist with monitoring vendors contractual compliance

必要スキル
<Essential>
●Bachelor’s degree with 3~5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
●Possess demonstrated experience working with technology resource staffing agencies, contract management, financial management, software and hardware vendor management and IT contract negotiation
●Possess demonstrated experience and comfort working with contract life cycle solutions and other technology that drive process improvement
●Resolve contractual and interpretive differences between vendors and business units
●Experience with project management, business delivery, or management consulting role owning end-to-end delivery
●Excellent organization skills is a must; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
●Excellent problem solving skills
●Self-motivated/directed person who has the ability to embrace role and drive change
●Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization (verbal and written)
●Strong time management skills
●Team player that is able to work with people across different departments, countries and regions.
●Willingness to learn and adapt quickly with a positive and upbeat mind set
●High ethical standards
●Ability to read, analyse and interpret financial reports and/or legal documents
●Ownership mentality with a deep sense of accountability over results
●Language proficiency: Native level Japanese and fluency in English. Good English writing skills essential.
<Desirable>
●Application development experience (VBA, Access)
●Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Cognos, SAP Crystal, Qlikview and etc.
●Systems requirements gathering experience
●Application development experience (VBA)
●Working knowledge in ERP package focused in HR space
●Experience working in a staffing agency
●Fluency in other Asian languages is advantageous.
●Familiar/confident with finance environment where fast-paced

●Working knowledge in BI Tool (preferred)
●VBA (preferred)
●Experience working with a programming language (preferable, but not required)
