仕事内容
<Job Purpose>
●Supporting manager as a senior team member or leading (part of the project) to plan and optimize return on capital considering Group requirement and local requirement.
●Autonomously contribute or leading (when necessary) to the reporting process of local and group solvency margin including EEV and Solvency2 Pillar3
●Autonomously contribute or leading (when necessary) to Capital Allocation Meeting with DCFG twice a year
●Identify the risk and opportunity for the company organic growth through financial re-engineering
●Autonomously contribute or leading (when necessary) to manage the relationship with rating agencies
●Autonomously contribute or leading (part of the project) to the capital actions such as M&A transaction and Reinsurance scheme to create value, if any.
1.Optimize return on capital considering group requirement and local requirement
-Supporting manager as a senior team member or leading (part of the project) or autonomously contributing to the actions to optimize the return on capital
-Supporting manager as a senior team member or leading (part of the project) or contributing to the preparation of the transaction and accounting work relating to capital management
2.Support the reporting process of local and group solvency margin including EEV and Solvency2 Pillar3.
Contribute to Capital Allocation Meeting with DCFG twice a year.
Identify the risk and opportunity for the company organic growth through financial re-engineering.
-Proactively contributing or leading (when necessary) to facilitate capital allocation review meeting with DCFG in relation to our company Japan financing matters
-Autonomously contributing or leading (when necessary) to facilitate solvency margin committee quarterly with proposal on shareholder’s dividend, accurate calculation of solvency margin ratio and proper analysis.
-Identify the risk and opportunity and make the action plan without deterioration of capital/earnings
3.Contribute to the capital actions such as M&A transaction and Reinsurance scheme to create value
-Supporting manager as a senior team member or leading (part of the project) or autonomously contributing to capital actions, as well as to make financial projections. Liaise with related teams concerning issues.
-Make necessary documentations and calculations.
4.Contribute to provide accurate and timely information for the Ratings Agencies to maintain strong ratings at our company Japan
-Supporting manager as a senior team member or leading (part of the project), actively contribute to organize review meeting with convincing presentation and provide accurate and timely information for the Ratings Agencies

・Minimum working experience: 8-10 years work experience at least 5 years of which should be in finance/Accounting/Risk
