The job will mainly be in charge of the project manager and scrum master of digital projects using Web technology.
Responsible for project management in the new development and maintenance. In charge of communication and negotiations with the customers and external vendors and training of project members.
Since collaboration with the our Global team will occur, communication skills in English are also required.
Our company basically delivery project with agile. We are looking for someone who can improve with our customers and teams for agile and high quality delivery.

主にWebテクノロジーを利用したデジタル案件のプロジェクトマネージャー・スクラムマスターを担当いただきます。
担当するシステムの導入・保守におけるプロジェクトのマネジメントならびに顧客や外部ベンダーとの交渉、プロジェクトメンバーの育成を含むに責任をもつ。
弊社Globalチームとの連携が発生しますので、英語でのコミュニケーション能力も必要となります。

●Required skills
・Over 8 years of management experience in building and maintaining web applications
・Consensus building with project management of the system in charge and related customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders
・Experience in improving scope, project progress, and quality transparency
・Experience in designing cloud application architecture utilizing AWS etc.
・Experience in interface design with external systems
・Basic knowledge of web systems, databases, networks and security

・8年以上のWebアプリケーションの構築・保守におけるマネジメント経験
・担当するシステムのプロジェクトマネジメントやそれにかかわる顧客やプロジェクトチーム、社内関係者との合意形成
・スコープやプロジェクト進捗、品質の透明化を高める改善活動をおこなった経験
・AWSなどを活用したクラウドアプリケーションアーキテクチャの設計経験
・外部システムとのインタフェース設計経験
・Webシステム、データベース、ネットワークやセキュリティの基礎知識

●Nice-to-have skills
・Knowledge and experience of project delivery at Agile
・Knowledge / experience about Java and JavaScript
・Development experience with offshore bases
・Knowledge and experience of test-driven development and ticket-driven development
・Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
・PMP, Certified Scrum Master qualification
