●Responsibilities:
・データガバナンス体制の構築・運営、データマネジメント、ビジネスインテリジェンス提供、データ分析等の各種プロジェクトに携わります。
・証券リテール事業、又はそれ以外の部門のビッグデータを、SQLやPython等を用いて分析し、ビジネス上の意味のある洞察を提供します。
・PowerBIやTableau等を用いて、経営陣、財務、人事、リスク、およびその他の部門のKPIを把握するダッシュボードを作成および維持し、各種KPIデータをビジネス上の意味のある形で提供します。
・社内の業務プロセスを分析し、改善余地を模索し、業務プロセスを改善すると共に自動化を推進します。
・ドキュメント、ツールキット、FAQガイド等を作成・提供します。
・内部/外部の利害関係者にデータの重要性を啓蒙し、データ活用を向上させるための研修等を実施します。
・Engage in data governance, data management, business intelligence, and big data analytics and so on.
・Analyze big-data of retail business and/or other business units to find actionable insight for the improvement of business, using SQL and Python and so on.
・Create and maintain BI dashboards by PowerBI and/or Tableau for Senior Board, Finance, HR, Risk and other units, providing KPI performance and trend data in a meaningful actionable way.
・Analyze internal business process to find the opportunity for improvement, then, actually improve business process and implement automation.
・Create documentation, toolkits, and FAQ guides and so on for related stakeholders.
・Educate the importance of data to internal/external stakeholders. Research and recommend equipment and technology, and execute training to improve data utilization.

●Mandatory:
＜Technical Skills＞
・3-10年のビッグデータ分析経験があり、現在も関連職務に従事している事。企業のマーケティングまたはリスク管理等に適用される分析ソリューションの経験。
・Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn等)、SQL、Snowflake等の実務的なスキルに裏打ちされた、データサイエンスに対する実践的な理解とビジネス実装実績がある事。
・PowerBI/TableauによるBI・データビジュアライゼーションのスキル・経験。
・業務プロセスの分析、改善、python等を用いた自動化の経験。
・Current hands-on implementation experience required, possessing 3 -10 years of big data analytics experience. Experience with analytic solutions applied to the Marketing or Risk needs of enterprises.
・Strong understanding and experience about business application of data science with earth-grounded skill of Python (e.g. pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, etc), SQL, and Snowflake.
・BI and data visualization skill with PowerBI and/or Tableau.
・Experience of analyzing business process and its improvement / automation by python and other tools.

・Strong verbal and written communication skill is a must, as well as the ability to lead effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
・Keen interest and curiosity about financial industry and its business. Strong motivation to drive/innovate financial business by data.
・Proactive, self-starter with strong business and data analytics skills - understanding business impacts and proposing solutions with the ability to translate data into insightful business intelligence.
・Experience of managing and/or participating agile development/project.
・Native or fluent Japanese and business level English

●Preferred:
＜Qualifications / Skills＞
・コンピューターサイエンス、統計学、計量経済学等の学士号または修士号。
・Pythonによる機械学習、MLOps関連の経験・スキル。
・AWSサービスの導入・活用実績。AWS Solutions Architect AssociateなどのAWS認定。
・金融業界とそのビジネスに関するドメイン知識、経験。
・ビジネス全体にわたる様々なシニアマネジメントとの調整・コミュニケーション能力。
・Jira等を用いたプロジェクトマネジメント経験。
・ChatGPT等のLLMを用いたアプリ・ツール開発等の経験。
・Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative subject (e.g. Computer science, statistics, econometrics, etc).
・Machine learning / MLOps knowledge and skill with Python.
・Track record of implementing/utilizing AWS services. AWS Certifications, e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate etc, is desirable.
・Domain knowledge and experience of financial industry and its business.
・Experience dealing with various senior stakeholders across the business.
・Project management expertise with Jira.
・Experience of developing tools / apps using LLM such as ChatGPT API.
