＜Position Summary＞
Primarily responsibility of the project manager is delivering various proessional service projects such as Wealth Managemement onle solutions, Cloud Service, FX Trading and Platfom solutions.
The role of this position is not limited to domestic market and will have opportunity to deliver solution to outside Japan by collaborating with Porofessional sevice teams in other country.

＜Responsibilities＞
・Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for successful completion of each projects to agreed scope and constrains
・Prepare and maintain project plan and tracks activities against plan
・Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm including provision of regular and accurate status report
・Manage change control gaining agreement for revisions from project stakeholders
・Identify risk and manage risk to successful delivery by addressing mitigation plan
・Deliver the projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed level of quality, within the organization’s governance and project management framework

＜Preferred Skills and Experience＞
・Minimum 3 years of market data infrastructure and system integration
・Minimum 5 years of project management experience
・Exprerienced with APIs for Web service
・Knowledge of Equity Exchange market and data content is useful
・Good understanding of LAN/WAN architecture
・Organizing and managing project members
・Able to do business in English and Japanese (Business level)
・Good communication skill (written and oral) in both Japanese and English
・Strong presentation skill
・Logical thinking, good at problem solving and decision making
・Able to work under strict time and quality target
・Behave as a team player and achieve target in team work
・Have tenacity to get thing done and yet see big picture, maintain flexibility to accept change and adjust where necessary to achieve business goal.
・Eager to learn new technology and product solutions
・PMP certification would be an advantage
