ベンダープラットフォーム実装プロジェクトのPM/BAロールであり、日本チームのメンバーとして、ITまたはビジネスの要件を収集し、プロダクトマネージャーやPMO、その他のプロジェクトメンバーと連携してあらゆる活動を行う
・主なスコープの日本（グループ会社含む）のアプリケーション向けの新しいベンダープラットフォームの分析と実装のサポートを担当する

＜主に＞
　- 現在の内部権利プラットフォームの設計/技術実装/データベースを分析し、プラットフォーム構築のためにベンダーと協力する
　- アプリケーションチームからITやビジネスの要件を収集し、新しいプラットフォームに移行するための戦略を準備する
・アプリケーションIT、グループITリエゾン、インフラITおよびビジネスユーザーを含む他のチームと連携し、要件分析、新しいプラットフォームの構成および当社アプリケーションとの統合を行う
・日本サポートモデルの構築支援、日本支援能力の構築、統合後の支援

【Responsibilities】
・Work as a member of the Japan team in a PM/BA role for implementing new vendor platforms project; gathering IT and/or business requirements, coordinating with Product Manager, PMO and other project members for all activities.
・Primarily responsible for supporting the analysis and implementation of new vendor platforms for Japan (including the Group entities) applications in scope
・Engage with other our teams, including application IT, group IT liaisons, infrastructure IT and business users, to analyze requirements, migration scope, migration / integration patterns, configure and integrate the new platform with our applications
・Support for creation of regional support model, build the Japan support capabilities and provide post integration support

【Mandatory】
●Overall
・Over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry
・Over 10+ years of development experience Java, Database with some experience in RESTful services development
・5+ years of IT project management + BA role

・10年以上のIT業界の経験
・10年以上のJava、データベース開発経験及びRESTfulサービスの開発経験
・5年以上のIT PM+BAの経験

●PM/BA Experience
・Experience in stakeholder engagement
・Experience in Project management with skills of
　- planning, risk & issue management
　- progress tracking and reporting including risks & issues
　- scoping, planning and execution of migrations
・Experience as BA with skills of
　- requirement gathering, functional analysis and documentation
　- identifying the migration patterns and documentation
・Good Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word & PowerPoint

・Knowledge on Entitlement frameworks and Single Sign On

・Experience with Cloud technology including SaaS platforms
・Knowledge of Agile development processes
・Knowledge of change/release/incident management process
・Knowledge of production support process
