Key Responsibilities:

(1) Finance & Enterprise Performance Consultant
- Common management metric (KPI) drawn from the management strategy, and setting of an operation rule (KPI update process / KPI for every ex organization hierarchy)
- Integration of the coding system to implement cross management (e. g. material, a Vendor, customers, account headings)
- integration of reporting standards (unify data used for calculations of basic costs created on a different standard for every plant)
- Support achievement of a finance, a management-control operating standardization, and integration on the Global level based on the embedding the optimum scope of SaaS
- Support achievement of low-cost operations which combine the shared service of the optimum scope, and the outsourcing based on standardization operating
- Support creation of the system Grand Design which include the directionality of optimum Cloud which cover the latest trend, and SaaS as a ""Judge"" of a Cloud and SaaS

(2) Finance & Enterprise Performance engineer
- Take charge of the design, the development, test, and migration in a FEP application development project regardless of the industry and industry sectors
- Communicate with the client IT group person in charge and the higher rank persons within a Project (person in charge of basic design etc.)
- Work instruction to offshore resources and project acceptance may be assigned.

(1) Finance & Enterprise Performance Consultant
【Basic Qualifications】
Experience of 2 years or more in one of the followings:
- The development experience (SAP and Oracle are preferred) of an EPR accounting / SCN
- Config experience of EPR (SAP and Oracle are preferred)
- PM of an EPR Project, or team lead experience
- The development experience (good also at BOFC, BPC, and Hyperion) of a consolidation management-account area
- PM of a consolidation management-account Project, or team lead experience
- Business level Japanese / More than 650 TOEIC level of English
【Preferred Skills】
- A financial account/SCN skill, the requirement-definition skill of this area, a consolidation management-account skill, and the requirement-definition skill of this area
【Professional Soft Skills】
- Quick learning capability (self-starter) of operating, communications skills, and the document creation capability (meeting minutes, design documents, discussion materials)

(2) Finance & Enterprise Performance engineer
【Basic Qualifications】
- More than the config experience (SAP and Oracle are preferred) 1 year of the development experience (SAP and Oracle are also good) of an EPR accounting / SCN, or EPR
- Business level Japanese
【Preferred Skills】
- About 650 TOEIC level of English
- A financial account/SCN skill
- Experience of 2 years or more in PM of EPR Project
【Professional Soft Skills】
- Quick learning capability (self-starter) of operating, communications skills, and the document creation capability (meeting minutes, design documents, discussion materials)
