・ベンチマークレポート、予算の概要をエグゼクティブに提供します。
・プロジェクトの予算、リスク、リソースの割り当てなどを含めた、財務データを分析します。
・プロジェクトの作成、開発、実行を正確に文書化するとともに、プロジェクトのスコープ、予算、正当性についても文書化します。

Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with Project Manager and Project Lead to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Providing benchmark reports and budget outlines to Executives.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.

必須
・PMOとしての経験：3年以上
・自動車ソフトウェア開発の経験
・流暢な日本語（N1レベル、もしくは相応）
・Microsoft Officeのさまざまなツールの一般的な使用ならびに知識
・文書ならびに会話によるコミュニケーションにおける優れたスキル
・細部ならびに技術に対する強い注意力
・優れた組織力と技術力
・優れた対人スキルとマルチタスクスキル

歓迎
・Project Management Professional（PMP）の資格保有者
・組込みソフトウェア開発、MHI開発、グラフィックス開発、IVIまたはクラスターメーター開発プロジェクトの経験

＜Mandatory＞
3+ years of experience as PMO
Experience in Embedded Software development, MHI development, Graphics development, IVI or Cluster meter development projects
Fluent in Japanese (N1 or above)
General use and knowledge of MicroSoft office tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

＜Preferred＞
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be advantageous
