Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for a PMO to be part of our client’s journey in Nagaoka, Niigata prefecture.

Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with Project Manager and Project Lead to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Providing benchmark reports and budget outlines to Executives.

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.

＜Mandatory＞
3+ years of experience as PMO

Experience in Embedded Software development, MHI development, Graphics development, IVI or Cluster meter development projects

Fluent in Japanese (N1 or above)

General use and knowledge of MicroSoft office tools

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to details and technicalities

Excellent organizational and technical skills

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills



＜Preferred＞
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be advantageous
