Job/Group Overview:
ウェルス・マネジメントIT部は、ウェルス・マネジメント部門におけるシステム及びビジネスプロセスの企画・開発において、ビジネスとテクノロジーを繋ぐ重要な役割を担っており、ビジネスと一体となって、ウェルス・マネジメント部門のビジネス拡大に貢献しています。

その中において、ウェルス・マネジメントITプロダクションサービスエンジニアは、オペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発やアプリケーションのモニタリング環境の整備を行いながら、ユーザーとプロジェクトチームとの懸け橋となり、ビジネスニーズを特定し適切に優先順位付けを行い、システムとインフラが確実にビジネスニーズにマッチするよう将来的には1チームで24/365の運用支援を行います。

The Wealth Management IT department plays a crucial role in bridging business and technology by planning and developing systems and business processes for the sales department. It works closely with the business team to contribute to the expansion of sales and overall business growth.

Wealth Management IT Production Services Engineers to provide 24/365 support in the future, develop tools and maintain monitoring applications for automating operations and improving efficiency of them, while interfacing directly with both the business and project teams, identifying and prioritizing business needs, and ensuring those needs are being met by the organization’s systems and infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

アプリケーションのモニタリング環境の整備
障害管理、分析、報告、解決
課題管理とアクション計画策定
ビジネスとシステムのプロセスフローの分析、要件収集、ドキュメンテーション
本番環境とそのデータ管理、システム構成管理とオペレーション
本番環境の変更管理、UAT調整、リリース作業、リリース後のテスト・検証

Development to automate and improve efficiency of operations
Maintenance of monitoring systems
Incident management, analysis, documentation, and resolution
Problem management and remedial action planning
Business and system flow analysis, requirement gathering, documentation
Production data control, environment management, system configuration, and operations

Change management, UAT coordination, release implementation, and post-release testing and verification

This role combines L1 and L2 functions and requires occasional weekend, holiday work and occasional on call night escalations

Requirements:

必須要件：

・優れた対人コミュニケーション能力
・日本語の読み書きと会話（ネイティブレベル）
・主体的でマルチタスクと時間的プレッシャーに対処する能力
・優れた課題解決能力と習得の早さ
・課題に対する強い責任感と適切な優先順位付け
・分析的思考と問題解決スキル
・開発またはサポート業務におけるIT経験（2年以上）
・WindowsとLinux環境での作業
・Strong interpersonal communication skills
・Fluent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking
・Proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle time pressure
・Good problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly (often independently)
・Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
・Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills
・More than 2 years of IT Experience in a development or support role
・Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments
