仕事内容
Reporting Directly to the General Manager of the Interior and Exterior Department, he will be a member of Seating System Design. Department with focus on, Project scheduling with all stake holder’s agreement, monitoring work progress and updating it to management, coordinating with suppliers to get product with desired quality without schedule delay.
●Responsibilities
・Plan, lead and coordinate product development project from concept to completion
・Understand and align customer needs into project plans
・Define project requirements and schedule
・Supervise work progress and coordinate with all stake holders
・Work closely with designers, Suppliers, and management
・Set costs and project expenses according to budget

必要スキル
●Mandatory
・12+ years of hands-on experience in product development of Automotive Interior, Exterior or Seating systems
・Expertise in Project Management, PMP or equivalent certification
・Proficient or aware in CATIA or UG-NX or other CAD software’s
・Excellent communication and presentation skills
・Expertise in handling Teir1 suppliers
・Expert in managing Product Life cycle
・BS degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
・Fluent in English (Fluent-Business)
●Preferred
・Master’s degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering
・Business level in Japanese
