エンジニアチームでは、スタートアップ的なカルチャーのもと、並行して複数の開発やプロジェクトを手掛けています。社内にはDevOpsツールの環境が整っており、JIRA、Confluence、GitLab、Jenkins、Ansible、Selenium等を使って、デプロイやテストを自動化したアジャイルな開発手法を採用しています。チームでは、リテールビジネス関連システムの開発チームを率いる開発リードを募集します。

The engineering team is working on multiple developments and projects in parallel with a start-up culture. We have DevOps tools environment in place and adopt agile development that automates deployment and testing using JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Selenium, etc. The team is looking for developers and leads heading up the developers. You will be involved with one of the developments depending on your expertise, skills and experience.

●想定される責務
・東京を起点に、グローバルで実装するためのクライアントおよび Web ベースのアプリケーションの両方の新規および保守のアプリケーション開発の管理し、ソリューションはすべて自社開発によるDevOpsを利用したAgileな方法論を適用
・利害関係者とビジネス要件を擦り合わせ・関係部署と連携し、タイムリーにそれらを取りまとめ
・プロジェクト管理手法を適用し、スケジュールに従ってプロジェクトを確実に実行できるようにマイルストーンの決定とマネジメントへの報告
・テスト ケースを管理する責任ある開発者として行動し、SIT/E2E/UAT などのテストケースをレビューし、システム実装のテストを計画および管理
・フロントおよびミドル オフィス、決済システム、参照データ、インフラストラクチャ、およびその他のIT 関連部署との連携などパートナー テクノロジー部門とコラボレーション
・プロジェクトの実行の一環として、ソフトウェア開発ライフ サイクル (SDLC) の方法論を実行
・変更管理、変更分析、フロントツーバックのテスト等、各種調整を支援
・最新のプログラミング技術をフルに活用し、コード レビューを実施し、ゲートキーパーとして開発メンバーを指導
・継続的な改善を推奨し、貢献を目的として、範囲内のアプリケーションのGUIと機能仕様の継続的な分析を積極的にサポート
・アジャイルおよび DevOps 方法論を利用した開発/Agileコーチとして、チームメンバーに対して指導

●Expected responsibilities
You will be engaged：
・Management of new and mid-stage application development of both client and web based applications for global implementation, driven from Tokyo. Solutions are all centered on total in-house development methodology.
・Interfacing with stakeholders business requirements and documenting them on a timely basis.
・Apply project management duties to ensure project delivery as per program schedules; determining and reporting delivery milestones
・Plan and manage testing of system implementations by acting as accountable owner for managing test cases and representing the team for test cycle reviews such as for SIT/E2E/UAT.
・Collaboration with partner technology departments such as front and middle office, settlement systems, reference data, infrastructure, and other core IT counterparties.
・Fulfill Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology as part of project execution.
・Support change management, change analysis, and front to back coordination.
・Full hands on coding abilities and act as gatekeeper in code reviews.
・Proactively support ongoing analysis of graphical user interfaces and functional specifications for in-scope applications with the objective to recommend and contribute to ongoing improvements•.
・Act as lead/trainer for Agile and DevOps methodologies to other colleagues in technology and beyond

●必須要件
・日本語はネイティブ相当レベル
・複数の OS 環境 (Unix/Linux/MS) での汎用プログラミング言語の 5年以上の経験、できれば Java やPythonを使用したフロントエンド開発の経験
・DevOps およびアジャイル開発方法論の応用経験と深い理解、および GIT、Jenkins、SonarQube、Cucumber などのさまざまなコア ツールにわたる確立された知識
・Java オープン ソース アプリケーション フレームワーク (Spring フレームワークなど) に関する理解と開発経験
・データベースの設計と管理の知識と利用経験。できれば SQL Server の利用経験
・メッセージング ミドルウェア (Solace、MQ、TIBCO RV、EMS など) の使用経験
・中規模チーム (5〜15) の開発リード／サブリード経験
・技術者と技術者以外の両方に対する高いコミュニケーション能力
・ビジネス プロセスをテクノロジー ソリューションと関連付けて、ビジネス関係者の両方に最大限の利益をもたらし、適切なテクノロジー アーキテクチャに適用する提案能力

●Mandatory Requirement
・Japanese language skills at a native equivalent level.
・Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general purpose programming languages in multiple OS environments (Unix/Linux/MS), preferably front-end development with Java and Python.
・Solid experience and understanding of DevOps and Agile development methodology, with established expertise across range of core tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Cucumber, etc.
・Strong understanding of the Java Open Source Application Framework (like Spring framework).
・Ability in database design and management, preferably in SQL Server.
・Experience of messaging middleware (Solace, MQ, TIBCO RV or EMS etc.).
・Experience in leading mid-size teams (5 to 15)
・Strong oral and written communications to both technical and non-technical audiences
・Strong ability to correlate business processes with technology solutions to best benefit both business stakeholders and apply to proper technology architecture

・株式、債券、デリバティブなどの商品の取引ライフサイクルを理解し、証券取引環境での実践的な開発における 3 年以上の業界経験
・Angular/React、Node-JS、TypeScript などのWeb技術の理解または経験
・アジャイル認定資格
・ビジネスレベルの英語
・証券外務員資格・内部管理責任者資格

●Preferred skill and experience
・More than 3 years of industry experience in hands-on development within the securities trading environment with solid understanding of the trade lifecycle for products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
・Understanding or experience in web technologies such as Angular/React、Node-JS、TypeScript.
・Agile Certification
・Business-level English.
・JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification,ICM (Internal Control Manager)
