Job/Group Overview：
The Strategic Change Management function is responsible for overseeing the delivery of cross-platform technology initiatives. We are seeking a qualified “Infrastructure Delivery Manager / Project Manager” to work with platform and product owners ensuring effective delivery of projects and services. Infrastructure technology domains include core networking, datacenter, data platforms, end user computing, and messaging and collaboration services among others.


Responsibilities：

The role’s primary responsibilities include:

・Partnering with product and platform owners and other internal stakeholders to capture requirements
・Acting as delivery lead for regional and global projects for the group
・Managing project scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks and issues
・Tracking project timelines and deliverables and preparing status reporting
・Managing project resources and stakeholders across IT Infrastructure, application teams and businesses
・Establishing steering committees as needed for projects, chairing regular update meetings
・Creating communication documents of infrastructure activities for the technology group
・Effectively position infrastructure services and capabilities to internal customers

Requirements：
Mandatory skills:

・Proven infrastructure delivery management or project management experience in one or more of datacenter, end-user, network or core infrastructure domains
・Organized, able to evaluate and manage priorities, able to handle an ever-changing environment
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and collaborate with senior management
・Leadership and decision-making skills with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership to see tasks through to completion
・Logical, analytical and pragmatic thinking to deliver value added solutions to the business
・High efficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
・Business level English and Japanese (written and verbal)


Preferred skills:

・Experience working in a financial services organization
・Experience working as a part of or with global teams
・Understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance requirements
・Formal PM Certification (e.g. PMI PMP, Prince2)
・ITIL Certification
