Main responsibilities:
1. NAV calculation operations:
- NAV calculation
- Provide materials for client’s annual/semi-annual report
- Provide BIS report to fund distributor
- Supervise Fund Audit
- Complete statutory annual report with outsourcing company etc.
- Update operation manual for regulatory changes etc.


2. Fund execution operations
- Account opening operation (KYC, AML, FATCA check of ITM clients)
- Execute client’s orders for funds
- Create and keep statutory documents
- Review and amend account opening package etc.
- Update operation manual for regulatory changes etc.
- Supervise verification of segregated asset management

3. Others
- Place orders (FX, Mother fund and call loan)　
- Support communication forclients in Japan on operation and Fund accounting
- Maintenance of the Fund Accounting system (T-Star), the Client Account Management system (HOP) and the In House Portfolio Management system (GPlus)
- Daily interactions / communications with the teams in Paris Office:
o Middle-Office Team to maintain portfolio data up to date
o GPlus (In House Front-to-Back System) Team for technical evolution and operational processes

Profile sought:
Strong academic background, college/university degree or equivalent
Professional qualification (e.g. CMA) is desirable
The candidate should possess 10-20 year experience in asset management industry and successful achievements for fund operations listed above
Asset Management Systems knowledge would be a plus
Languages: Native Japanese and English (Business level) with good understanding of formality & professional writing skill of Japanese and English
