仕事内容
【 Sales Engineer is responsible for: 】
Create technical proposal with Sales Manager for customer.
Understand Customer’s technical requirements and convert into documentation
Support Sales team to close deals from Technical aspect
- Retail Solution, using video analytics platform (smart retail)
- building, security, retail brands or any entity who is interested in facial recognition technology.
- Building Access Solution, intelligent access control system by facial recognition (smart building)
Support technical question asked from customer (pre-sales and post-sales)
Create and establish close relation with customer engineers.
Respond to Pre-Qualification, Request for Proposal and other detailed procurement contracts with support of System Engineers, Product Marketing team.
Collaborate with internal product and Engineering team to deliver the final solution to customer
【Position in the Organization】
The Sales Engineers reports to Sales VP located in Tokyo headquarter.
【Main areas (including responsibilities and tasks)】
Main area:
- Building industry where security gate is required
- Security industry (IP camera, Security Gate)
- Retail brands where customer wants to use video information for AI analysis
- Any industry which require facial recognition technology

【Requirements】
●Required Education and Experience
+3-year experience in Pre-sales, Post Sales, FAE of Server, Cloud or Network Industry
- Has implemented some system or integrated cloud system.
Bachelor’s degree or higher for Information Technology.
Technical background with good human interface
Ability to translate customer requests into internal technical proposal (don’t always follow customer requests but can propose similar solution which matches company’s value and reduce NRE)
Deep understanding of Network, Cloud and security
Broad and sound knowledge of AI and facial recognition technology if possible
Good understanding of new technology solutions within our business scope
