Responsibilities:
Cash operations for investments
- create the future cash balance report to prepare funds for investment activities
- communicate with Front Desk / Back Office / Treasury in not only Japan but also our global team if needed
- settle JGB Repo, wire funds internally

Reporting
- create internal and regulatory reports

Data management
- review security master files and prices for month-end
- reconcile custody holding
- portfolio setup

Requirements: Please describe the required competencies, including experience, skill sets, etc.
Experience:
Operations/reporting in investment areas or experience working in finance institutions

Skills:
Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word)
Communication skills
Preferable:
Knowledge of investments (securities, derivatives, etc.)

Qualifications:
Degree holder

Language:
Japanese: Native, English: Business level fluency (especially, reading and writing)

Personality:
well-organized, proactive, good with numbers, capability to address mutli-tasks
