We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of IT professionals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing IT infrastructure, managing projects, ensuring system security, and developing strategic plans for modernization.
As a lead for IT modernization efforts, you are expected to have strong communication skills in both Japanese and English to create long-term trusting relationships with executive leadership members from client.

●Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance and support.
System Monitoring: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems by monitoring their functionality and performance.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security systems to protect data and networks.
Compliance: Ensure all IT practices comply with industry regulations and standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for IT infrastructure modernization and capacity planning.
Governance and Reporting: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

●Required skills:
Having strong background in IT infrastructure operations including data centre operations, skilled to identify areas of improvement for IT infrastructure services, System integration or Consulting service
Strong background in network architecture, data centers, and system security.
Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
Native Japanese Level + Business level English
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
