主要顧客は大手銀行、地域金融機関、証券、保険、資金移動業者・暗号資産業者、外資系金融機関等です。

【具体的な業務】
下記を含む金融機関に対するレギュラトリーコンプライアンス関連アドバイザリー業務（関連プロジェクト・マネジメント、システム導入・検証含む）
Regulatory compliance Advisories for financial institutions as listed below. (Including related project management, system implementation/validation)

・マネー・ローンダリング、テロ資金供与、反社会勢力、租税回避などの金融犯罪対応
Combating Financial Crimes such as Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing , Anti Social Forces, Tax Evasion and etc.

・顧客保護、苦情管理態勢などのコンダクトリスク
Conduct risk management including Customer protections and Complaints handling

・FATCA/CRS対応
FATCA/CRS

・サイバー・セキュリティに関するガバナンス態勢
Cyber Security Governance

下記の経験があると望ましいが、特になくとも、知的好奇心があり、知力・体力とも優れ、チャレンジ精神があれば歓迎。
We are seeking candidates with experiences listed below. However, we welcome those candidates who possess intellectual curiosity and challenge spirits with intelligence and physical health even without such experiences.

・金融機関における左記業務内容（コンプライアンスオフィサー、当局検査対応など）
Relevant experiences listed left at financial institutions, eg. compliance officers, officers who managed regulatory authorities’ examination.

・金融機関におけるマネー・ローンダリング、テロ資金供与対応等のコンプライアンス・プロジェクト・マネジメント、関連システムの開発、検証等
Relevant experiences of compliance project management, system implementation, validation etc. about Anti-money Laundering, Counter terrorist Financing at financial institutions, e.g. compliance officers, officers who managed regulatory authorities’ examination.

・上記に関連するFinTech, RegTechの最先端技術のフィージビリティ検証
Relevant experiences of feasibility studies about advanced technology FinTech, RegTech related to above.

・金融当局における金融機関向け監督・検査業務等
FSA and other regulators (National policy agency, Cabinet office, etc.)

・監査法人等における金融機関向けアドバイザリー業務（レギュラトリーコンプライアンス、不正調査、FATCA/CRS等）
Advisory work for financial institutions at accounting firms, consulting firms or law firms (regulatory compliance, forensic, FATCA/CRS etc.)

・ビジネス英語（バイリンガルレベル）
