●Provide continuous,distinctive support to clients to ensure they achieve and sustain the full benefits of recommended changes. Implementation consultants are involved from strategy through execution with a disciplined eye on impact and sustainability at every stage of the project life-cycle.
●Help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during an active project and continuing after consultants have shared recommendations.
●Have opportunities to manage projects and progress with minimal supervision,including trackong metrics,handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to clients and internal leadership.
●Able to gain powerful experience across a number of industry sectors(including automotive,banking,aerospace,chemicals,consumer goods,financial services, healthcare,high tech,energy,pharma,retail,telecommunication etc) and deliver sustainable change that incorporates the company’s latest thinking.

・学士号または修士号
・トップクラス企業において5年以上の経験を有する方
・高い分析力
・チームプレーの出来る方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力必須
・長期出張に対応できる方
