仕事内容
1.Lead the timely and accurate production of IFRS/Tax/JGAAP accounting data and preparation of various financial statements and disclosures/reporting for managements ,local regulator and our Group without any mistakes
2.Analyze financial figures and provide the analysis comments for better understanding of financial KPIs
3.Identify financial Risk and Opportunity through financial analysis and deliver the value to drive the company organic growth
4.Lead and manage the team with strong leadership and promote the collaboration work as one team
Manages team responsible for production of IFRS/Tax/JGAAP accounting data and preparation of various financial statements and disclosures for local regulator, and our Group
-Translates department strategy to specific actions
-Plans ahead to solve risk issues that may occur in the future. Provides solutions as quickly as possible when they occur and promotes improvements
-Ensures timely and accurate calculation of IFRS/Tax/JGAAP accounting and reporting through the management of daily processes
-Analyze the financial results to report to Managements, FSA and Group
-Ensures staffs in the team understand what is expected of them to achieve their objectives. Provides regular feedback and appropriate development opportunities.
-Ensures compliance within the company rules
-Enhance the team capability so that the team can accept ad-hoc tasks(the company project and group initiatives)
-Team management and transform the team in efficient way (control overtime and promote work-life balance)
-Lead the team with strong leadership and emphasize collaboration as one team
Communication & negotiation with the team staffs and the related departments to ensure timely and accurate calculation of JGAAP/Tax/IFRS accounting and reporting
-Communicates and negotiates with the team staffs and related departments to ensure the quality of accounting and reporting, and to avoid any material errors/collections
Identify key financial drivers and opportunities to enhance company future earnings
-Collects and analyses information from various sources and makes proposals of the opportunities to enhance the company future earnings or mitigation of the company risks
-Improve the financial analysis ""actual to prior year"" and ""actual to forecast"" comparison
-Support the staffs to deliver risk and opportunity identified by themselves

-Reengineers functional processes and system to improve effectiveness and efficiency (focus on customers)
-Provides feedback to individuals in the team and works with them to set challenging development objectives (building capability)
-Demonstrates an open mind, responds and supports new ideas and changes (change leadership)

必要スキル
-Financial Reporting Skills (IFRS & J GAAP) and Good Accounting Skills (IFRS & J GAAP)
-Enough knowledge and experience of Japanese Tax such as Corporate Income Tax, Inhabitant Tax, Consumption Tax, Business Tax and so on.
-Facilitation skills
-Japanese (Native), Fluent in English
-Over 10 years work experience in accounting and Tax & at least 8 years of experience in Financial Reporting ( IFRS and JGAAP)
-Leadership, Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP)
-Tax accountant passed more than 3 examinations
-Japan CPA , US CPA or same level preferable
-Enough knowledge and experience of Japanese Tax such as Corporate Income Tax, Inhabitant Tax, Consumption Tax, Business Tax and so on.
-Facilitation skills
-Japanese (Native), Fluent in English
