大手証券会社でのC#/Javaアプリケーション開発チームリード（SalesIT）の求人

Global Markets Sales ITチームでは、セールス向けの各種システムの開発・メンテナンスを行っています。本ポジションは、その中でも日本の債券セールス向けのシステムを担当していただきます。
チームメンバーは4〜6名程度で、チームリーダーとして参画いただきます。
チーム内やユーザーとのコミュニケーションは主に日本語ですが、マネージメント層や他のITチームとのコミュニケーションなど、一部英語でのコミュニケーションも行います。
担当業務とは別に、スキルの向上のための機会も準備されています。例えば、部内では毎月最低10時間を自己研鑽に割り当てることができます。

Global Markets Sales Technology is looking for a software engineer to develop/maintain Sales applications. This position is to work on the system for fixed income sales in Japan.
The team consists of 4-6 members in Tokyo and India. You will work as a team lead.
Communication is mainly in Japanese in the team and with business users, but communication with management and other IT teams can be in English.
Opportunities to improve skills are provided e.g. online training access is granted and spending minimum 10 hours per month for self-training is allowed.

【業務内容】
・日本の債券セールスをサポートしている開発チームに参画します。
・チームのメンバーと協力してアプリケーションの要件定義からリリースまでを行います。
・債券セールスの業務を理解し、ユーザーと直接会話して要件分析やサポートを行います。
・本番環境について、L2/L3サポートを提供します。
・東京・香港・上海・インド・ロンドン・ニューヨークにいるチームとチャット、メール、電話などでコミュニケーションを取りながらタスクやプロジェクトを遂行します。

・Join an existing development team that covers Fixed Income Sales in Japan.
・Manage the team and work on requirement definition, design, write, test and deploy applications.
・Understand fixed income sales business and directly talk with business users to analyze user requirements and support them.
・Provide 2nd-3rd level support to the users in case of any production issues or outages.
・Work closely with global counterparties for any new tasks or projects by communicating by chat, e-mail or phone to the team in Tokyo/Hong Kong/Shanghai/India/London/New York.

＜必須要件＞
・3年以上のC#あるいはJavaでのWeb/デスクトップアプリケーション開発経験
・3年以上のMicrosoft SQL Server、OracleなどのRDBMS利用経験
・Git, Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA, Confluenceなどのツールの利用経験
・インフラの基礎知識
・日本語での流暢な会話・読み書き
・ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き
・能動的でコミュニケーション能力があり、自立しながらもチームプレイヤーとして協調性があること

・More than 3 years web/desktop application development experience in C# or Java
・More than 3 years experience in RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
・Tool experience like Git, Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA, Confluence
・Basic knowledge of Infrastructure
・Fluent level Japanese for speaking, reading and writing
・Business level English for reading and writing
・Proactive, good communication skills, able to work independently but work well in a team
