仕事内容

The Sectors/Accounts and BD Operations Specialist, you will play a vital central point of contact within the Consulting Strategy Planning to support multiple key stakeholders including Consulting Executives, Partners, and Managers in Sales Units to develop and manage all activities on the Consulting Service, working with other interfirm functions (Operations, BMC, Talent, etc) across APAC in enhancing communication and global coordination.

●Key responsibilities:
1.Account and Sector management
・Globally Develop, manage, and distribute communications with stakeholders
・Facilitating account or Sector management meetings on a regular basis
・Coordinate invitations for any necessary meetings
・Be the knowledge steward of the account and disseminate client information to the Account teams regularly
・Manage and coordinate the Sector or Account revenue planning process
・Own reporting process for assigned accounts and tracking pipeline and revenue
・Support internal pursuit funding process

2.Sales and Pipeline management
・Manage the CRM process which includes holding the team accountable to push opportunities through the sales cycle, incorporating our global sales methodology on active opportunities and client meetings, and ensuring all key client relationships are properly managed
・Data extraction, interpretation, and transformation with the goal of highlighting useful information, deriving conclusions and supporting decision-making

必要スキル

[Mandatory Experience]
・1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in account management and/or the sales process in B2B field
・Or 1-2 year of work experience or equivalent knowledge of Data processing/cleaning

[Mandatory Skills]
・Fluent in Japanese and English
・Professional and confident with first rate interpersonal skills and executive presence
・Work on own initiative unsupervised and ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritize effectively
・Strong interest in B2B business and capital market

[Nice to have]
・Knowledge of any CRM systems and office management systems and procedures
・Confidence to propose new ideas and ability to influence at all levels
・Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
・Any prior experiences in Big 4 consulting firm
