仕事内容

Job Description:
・Interact with business and technical teams for requirements
・Preparing proposals at project level
・Understanding the clients’ business needs and come up with the solution
・Design of presentations and business case documentation
・Develop the System Test Case and User Acceptance Test Case
・Working directly with internal offshore team
・Provide the direction to the offshore development team

必要スキル

Essential Experience/Expertise: (Must have skills)
・Good technical background in Core Java, XML, SQL
・Knowledge of one or more RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server)
・Having experience in application development or financial solution implementation project and at least 3+ years as BA / GW engineer
・Better to have any insurance domain knowledge (non-life insurance business experience is welcomed)
・Business fluent in Japanese

Nice to have:
・Any consulting firm experience is preferred
・Any project experience using Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter Product for insurance company is preferred
・Business English
