|仕事内容||Understanding of at least parts of the Communications industry, preferably also of the Media and Hi-Tech industry: The knowledge and experience of current business industry topics related to one or several of the following industry segments: Telecom, Broadcasting/Video and Publishing. Able to demonstrate the understanding of the key industry trends and challenges, the value chain, the company financial value drivers, the key players, the technology / IT evolution, consumer trends. Experience in one of these areas would be advantageous. Have strong interest and understanding of the trends that drive the development of platform-based companies and services.
Great relationship building skills: As a Specialist we expect you to be able to generate your own work so you will need have excellent interpersonal skills, be outgoing and able to develop effective relationships with senior personnel from the business. Through the quality of your work and through your interpersonal skills you will be able to gain repeat business from our practice clients. You will be expected work side by side with client teams and leadership, delivering research projects and points of view on the industry.
Research skills: Proficiency in taking an issue and turning it into a researchable question; scoping a research effort and costing it accurately; devising methods and procedures for obtaining data; The researcher should be skilled at analyzing data to test the effectiveness of current policies, products or services and advising on the suitability of alternative courses of action. The researcher will comfortable: explaining research methodology and justifying conclusions drawn from research data; providing economic advice to a range of stakeholders; evaluating past and present policy issues and trends; and delivering oral and visual presentations, which non-economist audiences must be able to understand thoroughly to inform decisions. In addition, the researcher must be detail-oriented, accurate and follow quality assurance procedures for the benefit of the practice. You will be a self-starter with an ability to work on your own.
Analytical ability: We are looking for someone who is an adept at data gathering, number crunching and quantitative analysis in the policy arena who can turn his/her analysis into market and client insights that are clear and understandable. We want researchers who can draw out the implications of the research they conduct, and relay a compelling, business-focused story about the data that is relevant to Accenture’s business and clients. Must be able to work in PowerPoint, Excel and Word (routinely) and create well-structured, clearly written presentations with graphs and charts and other visual data tools where necessary. Knowledge of other analytical tools like Tableau would be advantageous.

2-4 years’ business research experience, preferably in a consulting environment, Communication, Media and High-tech companies, third party research organization, research unit of a third-party unit.
Understanding of economics issues, global market, business, and technology.
Strategy background or experience would also be advantageous.
Experience on a team of consulting, industry or research professionals.
