People in our group provide IT consulting and system development (by our company) for banks, securities and insurance companies in the financial industry, and all types of system development support (planning, management, facilitating, evaluation) for client companies (including cases where we do not do the development ourselves). Bring projects to success with our clients in various forms and all system life cycles from proposing plans to development, facilitating, and evaluation in the IT field, the foundation of financial business. 　


●Key Responsibilities:

You will work on FS project in areas of:

- Create next generation design for overall company system
- Create system future vision (for each area in individual projects)
- System solution selection
- System planning proposals
- System requirement definitions, optimization
- System design, development, testing
- All types of system development support
- Third party evaluations of system development projects
- Reforming and strengthening IT
- IT cost reduction plan proposals
- Planning system outsourcing

We do not just support individual projects at our clients, in most cases we provide overall IT support to our clients as a partner, and we perform tasks in a broad area.

【Basic Qualifications】
・Minimum bachelor’s degree.
・Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills in business Japanese
・1 years+ of SI experience(planning／coding／programing／designing／testing etc) working in FS projects (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Banking & Financial Institutes) OR ・1 years+ ofExperience in FS OR ・1 years+ ofExperience in consulting for FS

【Preferred Skills】
・Experienced in market trading systems
・Experienced in financial institution sales systems
・Experienced in financial institution information systems (DWH, BI, etc)
・Experienced in banking backbone systems
・Experienced in insurance backbone systems
・Experienced using English on overseas systems
・Experienced managing large financial institution projects
