We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer in Radio Access Network (RAN) in 4G/5G technology with strong RF planning skills to join our team. Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential for effective communication with our partners and internal teams.

●Responsibilities
・Responsible as RF engineers with strong RF skillset, experience and 4G/5G technology.
・Leadership skills and experience in multicultural business environment.
・Strong RF Management and communication skills competence.
・Work on Atoll platform, Azure Cloud platform, SQL server platform, Planet platform and Alteryx platform.
・Model tuning and measurement.
・Alteryx automation.

●Mandatory
・6+ years of experience as Network Engineer
・English Speaker (Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English)
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
・5+ years of strong RF planning experience and 4G/5G technology, Atol and SQL server platform.
・Strong experience in Azure cloud, Planet and Alteryx
・5+ years of Strong RF skillset to manage the activities
・5+ years of Atoll platform (actual simulation) Expert
・Model tuning expert with measurement skillset and experiences
・Azure cloud platform expert/administrator with experience
・5+ years of SQL server platform expert/administrator
・Planet platform (upcoming simulation) expert/administrator
・Alteryx platform (Server management) administrator
・Alteryx automation design engineer
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
