We are looking for suitable candidates and this role is to support in BSS Release, BSS Maintenance Support, and standardization of maintenance operations. Ensuring all BSS services are running smooth, plan and implement the post-production release sanity checks. The suitable candidate must be able to perform below mentioned responsibilities efficiently.

●Responsibilities
・Responsible for all operation tasks activities and Ticket management
・Perform operational tasks, including daily and weekly checks, evaluating results, and logging tickets for any encountered errors.
・Execute monthly checks involving testing of bills, payments, and invoices.
・Assist in ticket management, including assignment and coordination with the respective Person in charge (PIC), validation of test steps, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Test Verification and Deployment (TVD).
・Conduct sanity test activities, including the creation of test cases, reviews, execution, and preparation of reports for the results.
・Manage SIM cards and SIM manufacturing processes by creating task management, registering output files, and monitoring SIM delivery.
・Provide support for both major and non-major releases, as well as change request (CR) support, and participate in the execution of sanity test activities.
・Assist in MVNO by accepting requests and responding to analysis results.
・Develop and review procedure manuals for Operations (OPS) workflows, Customer Service Request Desk (CSRD) operating tips, and configurations in Postman.
・Facilitate Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for other team members

●Mandatory
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
・6+ years of experience in BSS Release, BSS Maintenance Support, and standardization of maintenance operations
・BSS Operations experience is mandatory
