1) Job/Group Overview:

The candidate will play an active role as a member of the global team.
As part of its strategic digital transformation, our company is promoting the automation of its business operations with the ServiceNow platform. In addition to the current scope of use of ServiceNow, we are expanding business automation in each group company.
The candidate will be responsible for UI and UX reform to drive the next stage of the ServiceNow platform roadmap. Work with local and international business and technology teams to lead a team that helps streamline business operations using ServiceNow.
The ability to UX design and agree on user journeys to resolve issues is required as the first point of contact when meeting local business units and translating stakeholder requirements into actual solutions to achieve the roadmap.

各地域の業務部門と対面し、ロードマップの実現に向けてステークホルダーの要求を実際のソリューションへ変換していく際の最初の窓口として課題解決のためのユーザージャーニーの設計、同意を得る能力が求められます。


2) Responsibilities:

・Understand user challenges and solutions, design and share the best user experience with stakeholders using ServiceNow.
・Build and maintain trusting relationships with our group’s management-level stakeholders
・Build and maintain strong relationships of trust with global business and technology teams
・Understand the product in detail from a ServiceNow product expert’s perspective
・Align with the vision, direction, and roadmap of the internal Automation Services team
・Leverage agile frameworks to unlock new needs from stakeholders
・Prioritize outstanding requests
・Ensure prioritization of deliverables in line with product strategy
・Ensure that outstanding requests are clearly defined so that the team can properly prepare and estimate work
・Work with internal teams to find new ways to make better use of current products
・Promote more rational use of products in collaboration with stakeholders

・社内のAutomation Servicesチームのビジョン、方向性にアラインし、ロードマップを実現する
・アジャイルのフレームワークを活用してステークホルダーから新たなニーズを引き出す
・未対応の要望に対しての優先順位付け
・プロダクト戦略に沿った成果物の優先順位付けを確保する
・チームが適切に準備や作業の見積もりができるように、未対応の要望が明確に定義されている状態にする
・社内チームと協働し、現在のプロダクトをより効果的に活用する新たな方法を見出す
・ステークホルダーと連携しながらプロダクトをより合理的に利用を促進する

＜必須要件＞
Mandatory:

・10+ years of DX Designer experience in a financial institution, consulting firm or IT firm
・Must be a polished and disciplined communicator (both written and oral), with confidence necessary to lead recurring meetings with business team and technical team.
・Passionate in providing high quality user services and learning new technologies
・Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
・Must have excellent relationship management skills
・Must have the ability to multitask with task and time management skills
・Must be Nativelevel Japanese and business level in English.

・ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語能力

＜あれば尚可＞
Preferred:

・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
・Detailed ServiceNow product knowledge (especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, AppEng, and Knowledge Management, DevOps)
・Knowledge of Design Thinking Methodology or simular framework methodology that helps UX designing is plus.
・Experience in working with both local and global teams
・Solid understanding of ITIL
