アプリケーションのサポート環境の整備を行いながらオペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発やユーザーとプロジェクトチームとの懸け橋となり、システムとインフラが確実にビジネスニーズにマッチするようプロジェクトの支援を行います。

・オペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発
・アプリケーションのモニタリング環境の整備
・障害管理、分析、報告、解決
・課題管理とアクション計画策定
・ビジネスとシステムのプロセスフローの分析、要件収集、ドキュメンテーション
・本番環境とそのデータ管理、システム構成管理とオペレーション
・本番環境の変更管理、UAT調整、リリース作業、リリース後のテスト・検証

・Development to automate and improve efficiency of operations
・Maintenance of monitoring systems
・Incident management, analysis, documentation, and resolution
・Problem management and remedial action planning
・Business and system flow analysis, requirement gathering, documentation
・Production data control, environment management, system configuration, and operations
・Change management, UAT coordination, release implementation, and post-release testing and verification

・IT Experience in a development or support role（株式取引システムの経験（3年以上）を優遇します）
・Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments

・株式取引システムの開発またはサポート経験（3年以上）
・英語の読み書きと会話
・金融や金融商品に関する知識
・SQLとデータベースの使用経験
・プログラミング経験（C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA等）
・システムの設計、開発等の経験
・Salesforceのサポート経験
・証券外務員資格

・3 years+ experience in development or support roles for equity trading systems
・English reading, writing, and/or speaking ability
・Finance and/or financial product knowledge
・Database experience and the ability to write/understand SQL
・Programming experience (C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA, etc.)
・Experience working in a design, or development role
・Experience supporting Salesforce
・JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) Sales Representative Qualification
