●The role
Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for an IoT Project Manager to be part of our journey to develop a relationship with clients.

●Responsibilities
The candidate will be assigned as a Business Development Manager role, focusing on opening partner sales development in Digital manufacturing domain.

Closely communicating with our Digital manufacturing Japan and global team members, the candidate will be responsible for managing the partner relationship, to ensure continuity of existing businesses as well as identifying new opportunities.

Candidate is expected to come up with new proposals inline with the company capabilities and to closely work with Japan delivery teams to help grow new areas.

必要スキル

At least 10 years of Business Development experience in Digital Manufacturing domain involving PLM, MES, Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing technologies and tools from Siemens, Dassault Systems, PTC etc.

Business and IT consultant experience in Consulting firm would be an advantage.

Having the ability to forge business relationship at CxO level for proposing strategic planning/business consulting service and being presentable to senior stakeholders.

Generating new consulting opportunities, creating proposals and closing deals, deep understanding in Consulting service proposed to any manufacturing client.

Strong client management and communication/negotiation skills. Proven documentation skill. Being able to translate abstract concepts into convincing and actionable story line.

Being able to learn and adopt in the rapidly-changing environment.

Proven experience in working as a team and being able to work collaborate well with other functions and other regions.

Able to work in the multicultural work environment and interact with overseas colleagues and cooperate with them to win the global projects. Having any experience in selling a large-scaled consulting projects.

Native level Japanese with Business English conversation skill
