・Be the subject matter expert for our Pricing and Reference Services and drive revenue retention for Japan
・Use specialist knowledge of the Refinitiv real time and pricing and reference data feeds to demonstrate and educate customers on relevant functionality and content, resulting in increased content usage and adoption
・Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with business decision-makers and users within each account to maximize the value derived from solutions
・Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, renewals and execution of customer success plans
・Help our clients maximize the benefit from our Pricing and Reference Service by developing a clear understanding of their needs and helping them configure the platform to serve them best.
・Increase product stickiness by demonstrating relevant new content and functionality that enable customers to improve efficiencies and to meet their business objectives.
・Partner with sales leadership to provide insights on customer health with a focus on adoption, expansion opportunities, and renewals
・Provide insights relevant to customers’ workflow to Regional Proposition Sales, Sales Readiness, Customer Operations and Customer Proposition on customer experience and industry trends to drive customer voice in business strategy
・Work with Regional Proposition Sales Team and front-line colleagues as appropriate to deliver campaigns on new capabilities to our customers.
・Customer Success Manager performance will be measured by:
●Breadth & depth of customer relationships
●Activity levels including qualified customer conversations, contacts and training sessions
●Growth in active usage of content
●Contribution to the retention rate
●Campaign performance

Qualifications and Experience Required

・Deep understanding of cross asset content covering real time, and pricing and reference data feeds, and the use of them into front office, middle office and back office applications.
・Workflow expertise such as in reference data for trading systems, regulatory reporting, asset valuations ideally through direct work experience in the financial services industryr and strong external network.
・Bilingual both in Japanese and English at business level.
・10+ years of customer success/client relationship experience, account management, business development, pre-sales, or consulting role preferably within a financial data organization
・Rich work experience in a client-facing role such as account management, business development
・Proven track record and enthusiasm for driving outcomes with the ability to work under pressure
・Ability to interact with customers in a consultative approach in a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates business opportunities.
・Experience in user onboarding, set up, training/product demos, resolution and escalation of issues, and client retention.
・Able to use data to make decisions, simplify complex problems and express themselves thoughtfully
・Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully executing on retention and adoption strategies
・Hold team collaboration values high
・Ability to challenge team members and be challenged, provide and receive feedback to achieve team goals
・Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to flex style depending on the audience (C-Level / Leadership / Team)
