It also plays an important role in providing a comfortable office environment, and its scope of work includes the operation and management of distinctive employee benefit facilities. We handle a wide range of work that goes beyond the image of general affairs, including various procedures that are indispensable for office operation, environmental improvement, maintenance and operation, and improvement. As a division responsible for office management and operation, you will be able to make use of a variety of business experience.
<Concrete Description of Work>:
Office entrance management and operation, mail center operation, firefighting and disaster prevention related work, facility and facility repair related management, facility management and operation (furniture, seating, layout management, construction arrangements, etc.), general affairs support at branches and group companies, stock and commercial registration related work, representative seal and contract related management and operation, general affairs related rule management and operation, intra-departmental forecast management (including fixed asset management), planning and operation support for various welfare facilities and services, and other general affairs related work

TOEIC score 800 or higher or equivalent

Work experience in the area of general affairs and facility management.

Work experience in building management security systems.
Practical experience in purchasing-related operations.
Experience in accounting (bookkeeping level 2)
**Fluent Japanese language skills are required.**
